Birthday greeting from a family to one of the grandparents - but from the perspective of a grandchild. The young boy on the picture likes to watch the geese strolling around on the family property. The birds don't seem to mind, he can get really close before they start to retreat. Since he very much wants to tell Grandpa about this, his experience with the large birds becomes part of the family's birthday message for the grandparent. Replace the default photo with a picture of your own child (or children), and let the child share his or her experience of geese and other big birds.
