Birthday Fairy queen Sophie Anderson CC1212 Card

Birthday greeting card inspired by a beautiful fairy painting by French-English artist Sophie Gengembre Anderson (The fairy queen, 1869). The picture shows a lovely fairy girl with a crown of colourful butterflies. She seems to be holding a gift in her hands, a small round drawstring bag, adorned with gold thread and pearls. New image file in February 2020. The new file is larger (2531 x 3312 pixels) and of better quality. Some careful enhancements have been made with respect to light, contrast and colours. Also disturbing dirt and scratches has been removed.
