Overall I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the item considering the cost. The printing was WRONG. Upon ordering the item it certainly wasn't clear to me that I needed to remove the example writing of Sarah & Paul!! I think you should put some sort of notification out there when people are customizing, make it more obvious?

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni. However the Zazzle Support team were fabulous & organised a replacement quite quickly. My daughter is very happy. Thank you. Nice ornament, love the colours
