Bird with Long Neck Tie

The egret in the original photograph repeated on this Tie is a wild bird with a very long neck and long, thin legs. Egrets are water birds, shore birds, and they love to eat fish which they capture by spearing them with their long, pointed beaks. Their beaks are yellow. Their feathers are white, and the birds have round eyes with black dots in the centre. Sometimes they rest on one leg with the neck tucked down in an S shaped curve. But the egret in this photo is stretching his neck upward to get a good look at things. The background is in soft focus, some green grass along the canal where the egret goes fishing.
