Purchased this gift for a grandparent. Was able to customise the design to suit our needs. Had several options for cup/mug. The process of editing online was a bit tricky. You weren't able to reframe images and if images were not the same size you couldn't easily edit to resolve the issue. Would be good if you were at least able to reframe the images. Printing turned out great. Photographs were clear and of a high quality. Printing was completed quickly and dispatched within a week of the order being placed.
