Berry Pattern Birthday Card

This design shows a sky-blue background filled with a repeating pattern of small two-tier cakes and neat cake slices, arranged like a cosy celebration scene 🎂. Each little dessert is topped with either a red berry or a tiny candle, and the candlelight is drawn to feel warm and close, like a shared wish between friends. Frosting colours drift through soft pink, creamy white, and light yellow, with piped decorations that look careful and sweet rather than showy. Between the cakes, scattered red berries add pops of colour, while small white hearts float nearby as if two people left quiet notes for each other. The overall look is smooth and gently painterly, with rounded edges and soft shading that keeps everything calm and inviting. Any greeting text would sit nicely centred at the top in white or pale pink, with a smaller line near the bottom in a matching shade for balance 🎉. Tiny white heart shapes appear between the cakes, especially near the edges, like confetti drifting across the blue.
