Good pillow quality; came as expected. I am giving this 5 stars because the customer service after my problem was great. They gave me a credit for the amount of the pillow. I did not realize you could personalize the back of the pillow; the example had "The Pattersons" and my pillow came with this exact personalization. You would think they would contact you before printing the example on your pillow!
