    This tie was inspired by a painting by Lisa Fiedler Jaworski for an awesome foundation called Believe Big. They help cancer patients and their families navigate the cancer journey and help fund a mistletoe therapy clinical trial at John's Hopkins Hospital. A portion of artist proceeds go to Believe Big. Be Strong and courageous and Believe Big Face it, Fight It, Overcome It, are inlaid in the background
