RickSteves Tour Epitaph The tour was ruined. The money wasted. When the Covid Super Spreader Cruise ship sinks none of it is good. And RickSteves doesn’t even track my Covid positive case because it occurred after I left the tour. Unmasked inside group dining. Unmasked inside happy hours. Unmasked inside breakfast buffets. Unmasked inside meetings. Unmasked inside tours. Over 60% of the participants left the tour (15 people). Sleepless nights as your roommate gasps and coughs. I did not see any mild cases of Covid on the tour. In hindsight RickSteves claim of low Covid rates seems disingenuous. I only saw suffering people and ruined vacations. Even if you didn’t get Covid the Tour morale was reminiscent of London during the Black Death crossed with Lord of the Flies crossed with the movie A Night to Remember. My plan B evolved into no more RickSteves SuperSpreader events ever.
