Belgium Talking Ms Penguin Personalized Large Clock

Of course, when Auntie Shoe's penguin traveled to the EU, he visited Belgium. Naturally, he got himself one of those handy dandy flag vests he loves to wear. And, yes, of course, the vest is made of the black, yellow and red Belgian flag. What else would it be? He still talks, but you have to put the words in his mouth. Just change it to whatever you wish. But do change it. What is there now are just instructions, of sorts, and will look very silly on your item. Make him say whatever you like, but he can wish anyone a happy birthday, anniversary or retirement. Don't forget, Penguin Awareness Day is January 20th. If you wish to change something else in the design, use the CUSTOMIZE link. You can change the background color, or, anything else you want to change. Not a big deal. If you are uncomfortable making the changes yourself, Auntie Shoe can do it for you. It just takes longer than if you do it yourself because you have to wait for Auntie to see her email, make your changes and write you back. Sorta loses the instantness of it all. But Auntie Shoe is happy to do it for you. Just use the ASK THIS DESIGNER link. Please be specific because your virtual Auntie Shoe is not psychic.
