Belarus Flag (Red and White) Tie

This design features an historical flag of Belarus, which was originally used by the Belarusian Democratic Republic in 1918, before Belarus became a Soviet Republic, and again after it regained its independence in 1991 until the 1995 referendum. Opposition groups in Belarus have continued to use this flag as a sign of their support for democracy and against the current leadership.
