When I made a mistake Zazzle stood by their policy and sent me new correct cards at no additional charge to me. To sum it up I LOVE ZAZZLE! I was very impressed with the quality of the card stock and the printing every time! The printing was bold and the colors were bright and looked exactly like it showed online.
