Graphics will be printed on a layer of 0.30 cm EVA closed cell padding to provide a forgiving hitting surface for accuracy. I spoke with customer service today about a paddle I was supposed to receive a couple months ago for a tournament I played in. I never did end up receiving the paddle and then went to write a poor review due to my unhappiness at that time. Today, I want to retroactively take that back and say that I received excellent customer service and that they were quite nice to speak with about the situation. I will be receiving my paddle soon and can't wait to enjoy playing my friends at college with it. Thank you zazzle for helping figure out what happened and correcting a mistake. Still awaiting the product to be received since there was a hic-up in the delivery of my paddle. Can't wait to see it! :)

I was a bit skeptical until arrived if the custom monogram and name -- with multiple colors -- would print correctly -- AND IT IS JUST PERFECT and certainly makes a great and unique gift. The printing of three-color monogram and the two color first name are just as seen in the original product description. I am very happy and equally impressed. (had hard time finding best lighting for photo, but I think you'll see the print quality -- and my toaster).
