Seriously, listen to me, and if you don't already know: learn what I thought I knew (what I know I know): yet did not heed most of my life (and am still in a 3 year battle over a flooded house, with a homeowner's insurance adjuster, in a bad situation). Daddy always said to never argue with drunk or idiots. 'Makes sense, yes, and I know that; yet, I still felt the need most of my life to prove my point / enlighten. You can NOT bring light to a dim bulb. Don't exhaust yourself trying. Trust me. If I am right, I fight. Don't do it if your opponent isn't competent. Maybe an attorney will help. Maybe not; yet, you can not convince someone: 1. Incapable of understanding; 2. Crooked. If you are in a situation with an intelligent and honest person, the person will see the point, understand it, and abide by it. If not, you are transmitting to a receiver with a dead battery, and you are wasting your time. I know it. I keep doing it. Don't do it. Save yourself the time. Your life is worth more than the misery!
