This is a sturdy and comfortable hat. I have a small head, and it doesn't rub my ears or anything. 'm very happy that it works for my coaching. The graphic I had of our team logo was not great quality - but it was a well done hat. It would be awesome if Zazzle included image touch-up services for low quality.
