Barn Swallow Valentine Card

This baby barn swallow sits at the edge of his home inside a hollow brick, on an alley wall in Enumclaw, WA. Waiting patiently for Mum to return with lunch, his little grey head and white, fluffy breast poke out of the dark, jagged hole in the tan brick. His little black eye, with its stripe of white at the corner, peers at the camera, while the wind ruffles the white down of his front. His yellow beak is tightly closed, and his tint claws grip the rim of the brick, just visible at the lower edge of the photo. The words, "Where Are You?" are written in white at the top of the image.
