Each pack of paper will make 125 cupcake wrappers. For matching tags, purchase the 1.5" stickers and follow these directions. For Cupcake toppers, use small coffee stir sticks, large tooth pick or hors d'oerves picks or something similar. Cut out 2" circles of coloured cardstock or craft paper (not included), a 2" craft punch will make this an easy task.
