Here is a simple, cute option for your baby shower book request needs. All text has been added to template fields so you can change wording, should you wish to - as much or as little as you need to. On the front, I wrote a quirky bit of verse, and a friendly, explanatory message for the back. Use my original, or replace these with one of many other options available online as you see fit. All type is editable black on editable white; change either colour - or fonts - if you prefer.
