As a first time buyer, I called and spoke to a very friendly lady who walked me through the online ordering. The item I wanted was in stock. The lady was kind to explain that due to the lettering, anything other than a light colored shirt would lose some of the effect, due to the lettering. So I went with the white shirt. 100% perfect. Allowed me to tell my father-in-law I think he's a great father without actually having to say it; he wore the shirt the next day. The printing turned out how I would expect from Zazzle's cheapest shirt. It wasn't true black and arrived a little faded but can't complain for that price.
