Aviation Art Mug "Fighter of World War II"

Made this custom design for my dad's birthday. We were very happy with how the printed mug turned out. It was a hit at the birthday party. I'm glad that there was a smaller coffee mug option. They are very hard to find and everyone in my family prefers to drink out of smaller mugs. The colors came out as expected. This was printed on a frosted glass mug, and so the print naturally looks washed out. I've worked in the print industry, so I knew that the color white is not used as one of the ink colors in this printing process. I expected the somewhat washed-out look because it is printed on glass. There were no surprises. If you order a glass mug, please keep this in mind when you make or choose a design. It is not a fault of the service you are using. It is the process they are using (dye sublimation is different - white can be used in that process).

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
