'Ancestral Lands' Design by Birpai Artist Angela Marr-Grogan. Aboriginal people have a profound and deep respect for the land. ’Ancestral Lands’ is a spiritual piece painted in Angela’s signature colours and features elaborate dot work. Earthen colours were used to create concentric rings to represent the land, and also symbolise the 1,000’s of years that Aboriginal people have existed, and their strong connection to country.
