This is an Australian Aboriginal-styled Desert snake on an iron-stone background.
He is a massive Brown Snake and he writhes upwards towards a symbolic sky, depicting the act of Creation. He has a flicking forked tongue, showing his potency as a mythological symbol. The Snake is related to the Creation in Australian Dreaming mythologies.
