Attitude Indicator Aircraft Flight Instrument Key Ring

The Attitude Indicator or AI is an aircraft flight instrument that shows the pilot graphically how the aircraft is orientated relative to the Earth’s horizon. This instrument is also known as an artificial horizon or gyro horizon. The gyro designation refers to a spinning gyroscope that stays upright regardless of what the plane is doing. This gyro is mounted in a double gimbal array to drive the instrument display and show the pilot if the plane is pitching or rolling.
