This is an updated version of my extremely popular original design, with even brighter, bolder colours! Tissue paper is fantastic for decoupage projects as you can layer it, wrinkle it, and tear it for an endless variety of effects. This vibrant tie-dye design will make any item you decorate a stunning conversation piece.
