ARTivity on the Green All-Over Print Tote Bag

Original mixed-media illustration of ARTivity on the Green, an innovative art park in the Downtown Arts District in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The park is one of a number of public art initiatives from AFAS - Art for Art's Sake, a non profit group whose mission is to "build, educate, and celebrate community through art." ARTivity on the Green is a half-acre, public art park with cutting-edge design elements, including a series of red towers that recall Winston-Salem’s industrial past as they emit clouds of water vapour every 30 minutes. Shining steel ribbons create a unique artist-performance shelter. The towers and steel ribbons are enhanced by dramatic lighting effects at night. Deborah Willard is a Winston-Salem artist with a studio that backs up to the park.
