This is a quality copy of the advertising poster "La Libre Esthetique" by Art Nouveau artist Gisbert Combaz (1869-1941). It was created for the 1899 art exhibition organised by Belgian group "Le Salon de la Libre Esthétique" (The Salon of Free Aesthetics), which displayed the work of both Belgian and foreign artists. These artists included Monet, Cezanne, Bonnard. Note: This antique image has been professionally retouched by us and the colours have been enhanced.
"La Libre Esthetique" is available as a poster or a canvas print. Framing is also available.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
