I love the Art Deco style design of various teams of people joining together to achieve a goal. Very motivational & uplifting without being heavy-handed or "preachy". I also love the color combination of cranberry red and shades of periwinkle blue. The matte finish was a perfect choice for this design, sturdy paper resists tears, and the colors came out spot-on to match my computer screen. Very attractive.
