A spring holiday in many countries, individuals and groups are encouraged to plant trees this day. Arbor Day was established in honour of J. Sterling Morton who pushed for a day to celebrate trees each year. It was originally celebrated on his birthday, April 22, and is now the last Friday in April.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni.
