The cramped command module served as a temporary home, framing a breathtaking vista. In the foreground, the delicate spider-like Lunar Module dangled, awaiting its descent. Beyond it stretched the stark, cratered moonscape, its horizon curving dramatically. But stealing the show was Earth, a vibrant blue marble suspended in the black abyss, a poignant reminder of the vast distance travelled and the home that awaited. - This file is in the public domain in the United States because it was solely created by NASA.
