I was very pleased with this ornament. Item matched the image, and the ability to customize the text to add my baby's name was the icing on the cake. I was very pleased with the turnaround time as well. Design and added text was perfect. Only complaint was that the added text was only printed on one side - that may have been my fault in the designing if there was the ability to customize both sides separately - if so, I did not see the option, but the item turned out wonderful (especially on the side with the custom text added!)

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni.
