Initially I received the invitations printed incorrectly. There was a little run around trying to get assistance to fix the issue (I needed to speak to someone) this was very frustrating. After a few emails I was able to speak to someone. They required a picture of the issue which I wasn't able to do, neither did it make sense because the backside of the invitation was upside down. The person I spoke to was helpful, she understood what I was explaining and submitted a re-order. I received it on time. Thank you very much. After correction it was ok.

Am very happy with the overall product. However, the envelopes supplied are a very tight fit and it is difficult to take the card out. Slightly bigger envelopes or smaller cards would have been better
Trying to customise the product for my needs was an extremely complicated process. It took many attempts before I was able to get the detail I required. Perhaps the layout was only designed to be personalised on a computer and I was working on an iPad so couldn’t change some features, eg font and justifying some text. Am perfectly happy with the printing and overall appearance of my invitation.
