Anguish: Sheep with a Dead Lamb Watch

Anguish: Sheep with a Dead Lamb Watch

This design features an artwork by the Franco-German painter (1828–1901). "Anguish" is perhaps his most famous painting, and it shows a ewe, a female sheep, grieving over the dead body of her lamb as they are encircled by black crows. The original work was completed in 1878, and its French title is Angoisse ("Anguish").
