"Anglerfish Submarine" Greeting Card

Anglerfish Submarine - one of my favorites I've painted to date (Matt's too). Some of you may have noticed my fascination with deep-sea abyssal sea creatures, as well as steampunk theming, and this painting combines them both. A beautiful violet eyed girl sits within the interior of an elaborate submarine which looks all the world like a clockwork anglerfish (lanternfish). Okay, it's kind of an odd painting, but there is something very striking and magical about it - kinda Jules Verne. Who doesn't love a steampunk submarine shaped like a giant fish? My own original acrylic painting.

A beautiful card. Highest quality materials and print. Misunderstood the explanation of the gold accent. I took it as the design would be metallic in its appearance. Still a lovely card and I am extremely happy with it overall. Perfect, only that I expected the gold to be metallic.
