National Basketry Organisation put out a call for close up (detail) images of their members basketry work in August 2020. Out of the almost 300 images 24 were picked. The result was that two 2021 calendars were created from the selected images to be able to show the extraordinary work of our members. I enjoyed the interaction with this labyrinth maize card. While it can appear we are stuck in a current situation, an alternative route is always available. Generally, it was a pleasant little card with lots of symbolism. The colours were pleasing, the shadows and light were a big part of the design. the cards arrived well protected and undamaged.

Great little card, right size and the message on the back was just what I needed to read, 'you are awesome'. The printing captured the sand dunes different colours and reflected what I remember about the desert. The writing was easy to read without straining eyes.
