This particular product (ornament) was a disappointment, so I had to think of something else for that person, but Zazzle honored it's promise for satisfactuion and will refund the cost of the product, so I have no complaint. However, my Chrsitmas cards were fine, beautiful in fact for the second year in a row. Many kudos to Zazzle on those. Too light. and hard to see on this item. I also ordered 7 different key chains and the printing on 3 was perfect, 1 was so-so, and 3 had printing color that was too dark to see properly on the finished product, although it looked fine on the screen. I needed to use them and there wasn't time to redo them and get them in time, o I didn't say anything to cusstomer servicer, but since you asked. . .

Absolutely thrilled with how it's turned out. After having bought several for Gold Wedding Anniversaries, wasn't sure how this would look, but I'm delighted. I hope the couple are when they receive it. I had forgotten how prompt Zazzle can be so it's a tad early. Wonderful. Couldn't be more pleased as I wasn't sure how it would look. Very pleased. The artist did well. 👏👏👏

I was as thrilled with this one, which is for my Son and Daughter-in-law, as I was with the ones I purchased previously. for some gold Wedding Anniversaries. I hope they will be as delighted as I am. Forgetting how prompt Zazzle are it's a tad early. Definately recommend the artist as well. So pleased.👏👏👏. Turned out perfectly. Very happy.
