Alice's Adventures Under Ground Art Coffee Mug

This beautiful mug is for fans of the children's classic book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. The illustrated cover is from the first manuscript titled Alice's Adventures under Ground with decorative ivy curling round the handwritten red and black title framed by a pattern of flowers. On one side is the illustration of Alice being attacked by the deck of cards. On the other side Alice is holding the bottle of magic potion with the Drink Me label. I've added colour to both illustrations which were originally in black and white by artist John Tenniel. You can change the deep green background colour to suit with the customise button.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
