Alaska Wildflowers Tee Shirt - Shooting Stars

Sunlight pierces a lofty cloud and brightly illuminates a field of Alaskan wildflowers. The unlikely pair of Shooting Stars and Dandelions make for a dramatic and colourful floor to the peaceful meadow. The painting featured on this shirt was created by Alaskan artist Karen Whitworth. Karen lives in Wasilla with her husband and two children where the beauty of nature influences her art. During the winter months she can be found creating art in her studio from references collected on her various journeys or travelling the Hawaiian Islands visiting galleries and painting en plein air. During the summer months there is little one can do to keep her indoors. Karen packs up her paint and the kids and is often found enjoying the fresh air, artist style, in scenes much like to one depicted on this shirt.
