I thought of this yesterday when a major airline took its final "iconic flight", and a dear old family friend had been with that airline as a senior captain since flying with the tiny airline of its history years ago. I loved that airline and flew it often, and wish all the best with the airline that remains from the merger (especially since Daddy gave me $500.00 to buy the stock when I believe it was 35 cents a share .... : ) I wish he had lived to see the profit. ... ...
