    African-American Inventor Lewis Latimer Magnet

    This is a replica of a vintage black and white photograph of African-American inventor Lewis Latimer. Latimer drew the drawings that went with Alexander Graham Bell patent application for the telephone. He invented an improved filament for incandescent light bulbs, which made the light bulb to be lit long enough for practical use. Eventually, he went to work for Thomas Edison. Latimer was valuable to Edison due to his familiarity with both patents and electrical engineering.

    Was very happy with the magnet. Cropping was as expected, corners are rounded. Good material. Magnet sticks well to fridge, as expected. The quality of the printing was good. I have tried other companies in the past which turned out too pixilated, was happy with the quality. Only thing was that they printed a bit on the dark side. Colour not as bright as on my computer.
