This was my first time ordering from Zazzle and it has been a nightmare. This item was to be a gift and it does not seem like it will arrive in time or if at all. UPS innovations was used for shipping and it has been the worst service, they never transferred the item to USPS. It seems to be lost, but UPS does not take responsibility the last tracking update they provided was 2/15 and the item was ordered on 2/12, it is now 2/27 and have yet to receive the item or an update. I reached out to Zazzle's customer service and got an initial response and have yet to hear back if they did look into the shipping issue or if they reshipped this item as I needed it expedited at this point. There is clearly zero urgency on their part and what was supposed to be a gift for a special occasion has now been completely ruined. Wish I had the product to review, but cannot review what I have not received in the past 15 days.

Awesome Keyring in Every Way Looks Fantastic and a Quality Finish that will stand out. I accidentally orded the larger size, not realising how big it would be. So I immediately ordered 2 more in the smaller size and the Quality finish is the same. Will Not waste the 2 larger ones, I already have one hanging from my Car rearview mirror & the second one will be mounted on my Boat Dashboard near the Helm. The Quality Finish on Both sizes is Amazing and I would recommend these Keyrings on Any Day Purchase one and be Amazed

This keyring is beautiful and a wonderful end of year thankyou gift for any coach. I would recommend purchasing the larger size, I originally purchased the smaller size and it was so small I could hardly read the names on it. The larger size is much easier to read. Printing turned out wonderful.
