Adwa is a vectory day for Ethiopians against the Italians who had a plan to colonise Ethiopia. Ethiopia is the only country in Africa that is not colonised. Battle of Adwa took place in 1896. The design is from the photo of Ras Tessema who was the administrator of the city of Addis Ababa at the time of the battle. He is wearing a warrior's attire.
