It depicts Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden standing beneath the Tree of Knowledge represented here as an interesting blend of skeleton and tree, there is of course a serpent in the tree. it shows when Eve tempts Adam to eat of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
