Abstract in Red and Black Poster

An abstract composition in red and black. Which although abstract also perhaps suggests sun light shining on some sort of metal structure. There has been a lot of construction work going on in Cardiff (where I live) and sometimes the sunlight shining of the big red tower cranes against the sky is amazing. So I think they must have inspired me. The original graphic for this poster is quite large so it should print well even at colossal size.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs. it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
