The followup customer service was exceptional by the customer service team trying to find the missing poster - this alone - was worth the purchase. I created this, along with several other posters here on my sharonrhea store, for a good friend who teaches middle school science. The posters are fabulous, and they gave a warm first impression to students and parents entering the classroom for the first time.
