A refugee camp is supposed to be temporary, but people have been living in Aida refugee camp in Bethlehem in the West Bank of Palestine since it was established in 1950. Without the right of return, many Palestinians have been refugees since 1948. I took the photograph for this shirt when I visited Aida refugee camp. It shows graffiti painted on one of the walls.
