The painting depicts a teacher giving a lecture about the solar system to his students. The teacher is using an orrery, which is a mechanical model of the solar system. Some people believe that the teacher in the painting is modelled after John Whitehurst, but others believe it bears a resemblance to a painting of Isaac Newton.     Was very happy with the magnet. Cropping was as expected, corners are rounded. Good material. Magnet sticks well to fridge, as expected. The quality of the printing was good. I have tried other companies in the past which turned out too pixilated, was happy with the quality. Only thing was that they printed a bit on the dark side. Colour not as bright as on my computer.
