I'm very lucky to live in a place as vibrant as Scotland. We're a friendly little country and it makes us proud to have a special place in the hearts of many other countries around the world.
The store name "A Cup o' Kindness", is a homage to the poem "Auld Lang Syne", by one of Scotland's favourite sons, Robert Burns, or Rabbie as he was called by his pals! In it he writes "We'll take a cup o kindness yet, For auld lang syne", and symbolises friendships from the past, the present and the future!
As you'll see from this store, and indeed my others, including 'brodyquixote' and 'Hoots Toots Haggis' , my artwork evokes the friendship, fun and laughs, woven with the gentle Scottish humour, or 'craic'.
If you're looking for a gift for your favourite Scottish ex-pat, or indeed a little piece of Scotland for yourself then have a look through my work. If it makes you smile, feel free to like and share. If it makes you laugh, then treat yourself to it!
