We’ve already covered where to actually find the different types of wall art, but you may be wondering which thumbnail to work on. In that case, consider two things: first, the environment that the art will be placed in; and second, the design you’re about to produce. For graphic art, skateboards or posters would be particularly good, and you can hang the finished product in your dorm room or studio. Acrylic art are a little more upmarket, and they’re best used for decorative purposes or at exhibitions – when you’re presenting ‘traditional’ works of art. Tapestries are like banners, and thus they’re celebratory in nature – we’d recommend using these at events like concerts and conferences to show off logos, fan art or photos.
