Not the sort of text message we're all used to these days, but that's part of the gag. Back in the Eighties, the sort of people who were often seen striding around barking into huge old cellphones were often brash, arrogant and concerned with status and money above all else. These were the people who brought the markets up to an unsustainable boom and subsequently to a devastating crash in the early 1990s. In the late 2000s it all happened again, only with smaller phones. Wheter it's called the Wall Street Crash, Black Monday, the Credit Crunch, the Sub-Prime Loan Crisis or whatever - nothing changes, does it?
