The photo template is set up to automatically create a photo collage of vertical portrait, horizontal landscape and square format pictures. If you have any problems with picture placement you can either crop your photo to the right shape and re-upload or you can click "edit using design tool", then click the photo giving you the problem and use the "crop" button to reposition.
